Site Selection

The ideal site is one that is in a prominent position and within walking distance of a main shopping centre. Employment-generating sites will be considered as well as other commercial or residential property that is set within a residential environment.

The size of site we require would be a minimum of 1.5 acres, with average site areas of circa 2 acres. The only restriction is that any potential site cannot be closer than 10 miles to any of our existing facilities in Eastbourne, Clevedon and Braintree.

The ideal area is one that has a population in excess of 100,000 within a 5 mile radius, showing 1% above national average retirement population (75+) and property value.

In terms of the properties themselves our current facilities in the UK are between three and four storeys. The facility only requires 35-50 car spaces as most residents tend not to drive and make use of our private coach.
