Our newest construction The Gardens at Eastbourne was completed in the Autumn of 2010. A purpose built retirement hamlet of 10 detached bungalows and four maisonettes these offer the best of both worlds to residents who wish to retain their independence but who can enjoy the assurance of the onsite managers at the adjacent Hawthorns building and opt into the restaurant services. These are now 75% full..
Residents will have the opportunity to experience independent living in style with meals and housekeeping provided as well as being invited to join the residents of The Hawthorns, Eastbourne for many of the all inclusive activities and events that they already enjoy.
