The Hawthorns Retirement Group has a long association with Colson & Colson in the US and they have overseen the build of all three facilities and our most recent addition, The Gardens at Eastbourne, a retirement hamlet of bungalows and maisonettes. Their association with our founder company in the US brings a wealth of experience to building the quality developments for which we have become known.
Colson & Colson specialise in timber frame construction, and are one of the market leaders in building sustainable timber frame buildings. Colson & Colson work alongside a number of sub contractors many of whom are locally based to the project area.
Our newest construction The Gardens at Eastbourne was completed in the Autumn of 2010. A purpose built retirement hamlet of 10 detached bungalows and four maisonettes these offer the best of both worlds to residents who wish to retain their independence but who can enjoy the assurance of the onsite managers at the adjacent Hawthorns building and opt into the restaurant services.
